Dear Sirs,  It is not often these days that I get to praise such a first rate effort. I must say I have stayed in many top class hotels but the Lexington Hotel in Shenyang provided me and my wife with one of best service in the past month. Thanks for the contribution over the last nine months, the employees have seem to have set a precedent for others to use as a guide. I noted that the majority of the employees are working very hard and concentrating on the job that they are more determined to build better working relationship for the good not only of themselves, but of the Lexington Hotel, more importantly. Having said all of this, I personally would like to conclude by saying thank you for your dedication, particularly over the past month and congratulation on a job well done.
